It's difficult to find time to practise a language. The list of excuses not to improve or maintain your level of fluency can include;

Try telephone classes...
Telephone classes are 30 minute periods of time shared by you and your teacher. I have been using the telephone for English classes since 1994, including students in different companies. Because I believe in telephone classes, I am also a student and receive French telephone classes.
